after each Ultra Ascend the Slayer Points needed to get an ultra ascend point increase like in this video :
before UA: 4.03 Qa SP
after UA : 4.65 Qa SP

Yes cause you already progress to the next usp in that ua and that progress resets when you ua

For USP the amount of points you have doesn't reset, so the amount you need to earn for each keeps going up.

the issue they report is that the same next USP requires extra SP after they UAd
The question is why does the same USP requires an extra 0.62Qa SP that they already gathered before UA ?

Yes, it resets the progress of USP. It's why I always wait to get the best USP before I UA
