or write him a message without sending a bug report first
or just make a bug report to tag plab
if you have a bug send a bug report
I immediately sent him a private message. But he didn't reply, so I thought I should write here. He responded right away.
I immediately sent the logs and everything that was required.
what was the bug even

Hey! I'm having the same syncing issue again. This time, I waited over 10 minutes before logging into Android after Steam. And it still didn't help. I bought 260 crystals, and even spent a little bit of them, to make sure syncing worked. But all my progress disappeared again after logging in from my phone.

What am I doing wrong? What's the correct way to purchase crystals on Steam and then switch to the game on my phone? How can I avoid this error? Although I've been able to do this without any issues. Is there any advice? Or is this just a coincidence?

if you bought something and it disappeared then sure you can send him a message
I sent this in a private message on September 28. Last time I was told that I needed to start in a similar situation.
its fine you sent him a message regarding purchases but why tag him in a bug report thread?
I understand. Last time they helped right away. But this time they took so long to respond, I started to think it was wrong to send a private message straight away.
its fine to send him a message straight away and if he doesn't answer for a long time just send a follow-up message
Yes, that's what I did. But when I didn't get another answer, I decided I was doing something wrong.
you weren't
I don't need proof I belive you
I understand, thanks for the answer.
