Im playing on iphone most of the time and recently i realized that ads or lock screen where counting as time lost for bonuses. Like if the ad is 60s and i had 2.30m bonus when im back im missing at least 60 seconds from the bonus.
Also i used to lock screen for some seconds before, like to get out of the train or do something else and before lets say there was like some tiny time u had of grace that time would not count and now is.
Did anyone noticed??

There is indeed a certain amount of grace period afforded to the player. Any time that an ad is playing, the screen is off / the game is not in focus or (on iOS) the notification bar is covering the screen.
The offline rewards are cashed in (time catches up to real-time) when all active buffs have expired or when the game time has desynced by more than ten minutes from the real time.
At least, that's my understanding. (and yes, I'm very sure about "ten minutes". One time this patch, I had 9.5 minutes of desync and it didn't happen.)

Yes, i know, but now the time seems to not work properly. It passes while im on an ad, thats how I noticed.

It happened to me yesterday too. I watched an ad to get my daily 9x cps bonus after I got a 18x cps bonus from a random box, and when I closed the add my 18x bonus was gone. It only happened yesterday, and today it went back to stopping the timer during ads. Not sure what happened there.

Seems to happen only when ads over 30sec and if u let the ad run for more time than expected to close.

It just happened again. I had a gem bonus and a 9x cps bonus, both with more than 2 minutes left, and I watched the ad for the daily bonus. When I closed it I had no bonus. Not even the daily bonus that I watched the ad for. I didn't stay for more than 40 seconds on the add.

So far, in iphone since is the platform im using (and dont have an android to test it) it looks like sometimes when we get the orange or silver box and we activate a chest or the daily bonus, we lose all the bonuses when scrolling down the notification bar or switching the app even for a second while the chest is in progress or an ad is running.
