I have been playing for a very long time, since 2020-2021, I had a different phone before that, now I got my new one in 2023, It would be great if I could get my old progress back but I just exsepted it, I feel you should make a better account manegment, were you can connect multiple email types to 1 account, such as gmail, apple etc. to make it possible for players to change phones and start of from were they did before.
