I was approached by a publisher yesterday asking for someone to assist with a PS5 port for a GameMaker game. I'm not available at this time. I haven't spoken to them much about the role, likely a straight-forward porting job. If people are interested, please drop your email addresses here and I'll pass names on.

three solutions for that:

1. you can ask them to pay for the license, which is common practice
2. you can ask them to pay you a sign-on bonus which you then use to buy a license (and a celebration ice cream, why not)
3. you can ask YYG for a favour
