People ragequit in this game way too often and it's getting annoying especially when it's the master and everyone else wants to play. The way I'd have it work is give people a warning then ban them if they do it again that way it doesn't ban people who just lost connection.

bans are a bit too powerful. this game has a pick up and play nature, where you should be able to leave at a moment's notice

the problem is that it's kind of hard to find a lobby so when that happens it's really annoying because you didn't even get to complete a match after waiting for 20 minutes
