i feel like this would be really beneficial for the community! it would then be easier to hold tournaments, run community showcases, help people cast games, make it easier to watch high-level / low-level Burst Battle, etc. etc...

Bumping this thread. Just hosted a tournament over in the fan discord. Went great, everyone ha da good time, kinda sucks that it couldn't be feasibly streamed or commentated on. Would love this as a feature

I don’t know why, but this reminds me of something completely different but connected. That being the ability to save a replay of the match just like in rocket league.
I definitely think you could help out since you could reflect on how you did during the match and see where you succeed that, and where you might mess up at.

The closest thing of this is having the "record past gameplay" feature on PS5 (and Steam i think)
Or you could just stream/record all games

I know that with PlayStation five, but with PC, sometimes some computers can’t really well screen record or you’re just gonna have to get like a streaming set up or something like that.
So I just thought of it as a weigh that could help out
