I'm not really sure where to ask this, but I just want some clarification. What would be considered an "element"? It's a pretty vague concept when you really think about it, especially if you're like me and you enjoy pushing ideas as far as they can go for inspiration.
Like, in adventure time, Candy and Slime are considered to be elements. Would those count? What about something more conceptual, like Time or Gravity? In Avatar, people can bend blood, could blood be considered an element? Wood and Metal are generally included in "extended element lists" I can find, but what about other materials like plastic or fabric?
I just wanna know how far I can go with this before I end up committing to something too "out there" to qualify for the competition, y'know?

same overall concern as this person by the submissions but also her previous msg because im designing the character and it looks really good and i really want to draw a proper piece that showcase more on her personality or her story more instead of just kinda her full character and not much more but then im fine with not being able to draw a extra piece since it is less work
