Why is CC update always fall within the week of Narcia? Can we have update outside the week of Narcia? Anyone else agreeing to this suggestion, please voice your concern.

Also, why is this update starting at 0:00 server time instead of the usual 0:30 server time? Why can’t IGG be consistent?
