I have the same problem. My apple phone will go through the start up then cuts back to my phone screen? I have reinstalled, nothing help?

Switch to a different store or use VPN when updating. VPN worked fine for me before I switched stores.

The apple store was showing “play” I had to go into the castle clash option and then it changed to “update”
