No. Accuracy is always easier to have more of and other f2ps will have more acc than you have dodge anyways

Well, if you play any pvp mode (world ruler, leagues, narcia, arena, etc), you will always face them. It's just raids where you likely won't face them

Yeah, once you start playing more actively and play those game modes, you'll face a lot more tougher opponents. Maybe not that often in novice or advanced World Ruler though. You can stick to low map guilds and stuff for a while if you just came back imo
