If you’re using the default configuration, you should be able to access the Dynmap webpage at http://YourServerIP:8123 if it’s hosted remotely, or at http://localhost:8123 if it’s hosted locally on your machine

There is /dynmap url.
But you gotta specify it in the config file I assume

I'm not sure if that's the case, but it could be possible that that's a problem with eighter the paper version or dynmap.. if I remember correctly links where a bit weird in paper 1.21 - not sure tho
If you want you can try to update your dynmap version - maybe create a backup just in case

problem was the # at the start of the line which caused the plugin to think it's a comment, that works now - problem now is that the link isn't clickable
