ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: -1 When Starting Server on MC 1.16.1 | Dynmap® | Page 1

I am getting the below error when starting my server (java -Xmx2G -jar paper-server-launcher.jar nogui). Dynmap is the only plugin installed. All settings are left at their default. This is a fresh install with a new world. Any help is appreciated

Dynmap Version: 3.7-beta-8 (this occurs on 3.5 as well)
Paper Version: 138
MC Version: 1.16.1
Java Version: Java 1.8 (OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM 25.452-b09)
OS: Windows 11
