these support threads show up in searches when someone searches for their issue. If someone happened to search the same issue that you had and your support ticket somehow comes up, then all they'll see is "CLOSED" as the title and you saying that you solved it on your own. It's kind of you to not want to waste others' time, but if you had kept the title of your issue and documented how you fixed it, then that would have saved much more time for others
plus if a staff member was helping someone with a similar issue, then they could've directed that person to look at your post if you had documented your fix. Not saying that you need to document anything for this time though! just want to point out that you can save more time for others if you don't delete everything lol
Not trying to scold you at all! I just wanted to say for future reference it is helpful to leave a trail if you fixed an issue so that others can see how you did it. Especially if it’s something you figured out yourself
