Dynmap not loading on PaperSpigot 1.21.3 | Dynmap® | Page 1

Hi, I'm having an issue on a fresh install of PaperSpigot where I installed dynmap and when I went to start it was giving errors and will not load. I tried redownloading the file and uploading it back in with the same issue. It repeats the error twice then disables it completely. This is the current error log it's producing:

And another note it doesn't even create the dynmap folder either so there's no configuration file

Dynmap for 1.21.3 hasn't been released yet. The latest supported version is 1.21.1.
