Seems like it's setup to use 8989 rather than 8123 btw
Pterodactyl probably isn't setup to handle an extra port in it's configuration so there may be an option in it's control panel to allow it specifically. As its docker, networking can get annoying.

I left it as default and replaced it with other ports to see if it worked, but it didn't work.
