#1.21.1 Heavy CPU usage

I just updated to 1.21.1 and now Dynmap is consistently running my server at a high avg tick.
My tick rate is normally at 8-10 AT MOST. I am on a i9 14900k dedicated to my server.
I have tried to delete on the files and full render again. The full render is running and I am sitting at 30 avg tick. It's 10x higher than I ever experienced before 1.21.1.
Normally when I am not running a full render it still randomly spikes for long periods. Spark says dynmap is the most used plugin.

renderaccelerateinterval: .001 tiles-rendered-at-once: 10 maxchunkspertick: 400 parallelrendercnt: 10 fullrenderplayerlimit: 0 per-tick-time-limit: 200 fullrender-min-tps: 5 (configuration.txt) here the server has 10 cores, change the parallelrenderct to the amount of cores you have. Next do /dynmap pause all, restart and finally do /dynmap pause none.

The fast render configs

#

That's for heavy cpu usage

#

You can up and downscale that so less cpu is used

Also look for min tps and render triggers

looking now

#

I never changed my config from 1.20.4 to 1.21.1

#

and it just all went bad on me recently

Uh

#

Do you have an extension datapack that modifies the max build height?

warped spruce

Hmm I noticed the heavy spikes as well and thought it came from the build height

warped spruce
#

yeah It's so bad on my server right now. Idk what to do. I thought If I did a full restart on dynmap it would solution it

desert pivot
#

You can pause all dynmap

#

That at least stops the spikes but it'll hinder updating and rendering the map ofc

warped spruce
#

okay and is there any real solutiion to this

#

here it is after finishing the full render

#

just binning my server... on a 14900k LAWL

#

it looks like I need to use another map plugin, bummer
