Web doesn't work | Dynmap® | Page 1

I am setting up a new server in 1.20.4 version of Minecraft. Right now, I am doing some testing, and while doing those tests, I had no problem with Dynmap. The Web was working perfectly, However, when my friend tried to access the map on web, it doesn't work. I provided an image of what he sees.

I host the my server on my own computer locally, however, instead of using port-forwarding, I use https://playit.gg
Can anyone help me fix the issue? I'd be more than glad to answer any questions!
