I have trouble accesing the file

I have the app downloaded but its a .jar file and ive looked at how to access .jar files and download them but none worked so im stuck and i need help

Update: i installed the latest edition of java and now when i click on the .jar file it loads but then does nothing

Im still having trouble. I have the spigot file downloaded and everytime i double click it to open it the blue circle spins next to my cursor but then nothing happens

no, realms don't support mods, and dynmap is not made for bedrock
