The EarthMC map has many known issues with Dynmap such as, incomplete render, only rendering where players have visited, or not rendering leaves and other foliage. This is a result of how the map was made and is not an issue with Dynmap, luckily there is a fix. 1. Download the WorldBorder plugin: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/worldborder.60905/ 2. Pause Dynmap: /dynmap pause all 3. Set the world border radius and center: /wb [worldname] set [radiusX] [radiusZ] [X] [Z] - [worldname] is the name of the world you want to set the border in. - [radiusX] is the horizontal radius of the world border - [radiusZ] is the vertical radius of the world border - [X] is the horizontal center point of the world border - [Z] is the vertical center point of the world border 4. Run worldborder with the force flag: /wb [worldname] fill [freq] [pad] [force] - [worldname] is the world you want to be pregenerated - [freq] is how many chunks a second are generated, 20 is the default. WARNING: setting this too high will cause server lag - [pad] how many chunks beyond the border to generate, this makes sure that if a player visits the border, all chunks are already generated. The default is 208, We recommend setting this to 0 for EarthMC. - [force] This must be set to true 5. Wait for worldborder to finish 6. Unpause Dynmap: /dynmap pause none, you may have to start the fullrender using /dynmap fullrender [worldname]

I’ll try

north ermine
#

there is no such command as fill

hard sand
#

you need to install the worldborder plugin

north ermine
#

I have the plugin

#

But

#

/wb

#

Open workbench

#

….

hard sand
#

then use the full alias, essentials is being stupid again

north ermine
#

/border fill does not exist

hard sand
#

/worldborder, not border

north ermine
#

Cmds :

/border list/help/set/delete/reload

#

/worldborder add/center/damage/get/set/warning

hard sand
#

that isnot the one in the list

#

idk how that one works, its out of our domain anyway

north ermine
#

Can u help me

jaunty stormBOT
north ermine

I need to render my map

north ermine
#

Link does not exist

hard sand
#

it does for me

north ermine
#

Its open the resources page in spigot

north ermine
#

?

hard sand
#

no.

north ermine
#

Okay

#

And why

#

Ahm ….

#

Not answer

#

I love this

hard sand
#

I am not going to help someone who doesn't click a download button right on the page of a plugin clearly stated in the guide...

north ermine
#

I’m sorry

#

I'm using your map plugin and I can't even get help?

#

Do u want to see

#

What is happening when i open the link ?

hard sand
#

the guide is clear, follow the steps to download and install the plugin.

north ermine
#

Answer this

hard sand
#

idk what is happening when you click your dynmap link... we cannot see that.

north ermine
#

I’ll send u screenshot

#

Dont worry

#

😄

hard sand
north ermine
#

No no

hard sand
#

that's why I sent that guide.

north ermine
#

On spigot page

hard sand
#

what link did you fill in

#

I get this

daring garnet
north ermine
#

❤️

#

Wtf

#

I type my cords

#

And nothing changes

#

It says

#

Radius value(s) must be integers and x and z values must be numerical

hard sand
#

you can only fill in full block values, nothing after a comma or sth

north ermine
#

I can

#

But it same

hard sand
#

what exactly are you filling in

north ermine
#

/wb world set -216 274

#

This command

hard sand
#

you only set a radius, not a startpoint yet, step 3 of the guide

north ermine
#

Same

hard sand
#

what are you filling in now

north ermine
#

/wb world ser -216.534 274.520 -216 274

#

How to type this

#

Give me a ex .

hard sand
#

you cannot have a negative radius

north ermine
#

X is negative

#

there is the center

#

where I stand

hard sand
#

please read step 3 of the guide again

north ermine
#

Ehm….

hard sand
#

yes it creates a temporary worldborder, which dynmap picks up on

north ermine
#

Ok

#

How long ?

hard sand
#

how long what?

north ermine
#

Render takes

hard sand
#

did you do step 4

north ermine
#

Yep

hard sand
#

then it should tell you how far it is

north ermine
#

Nothing changing

hard sand
#

what exact command did you execute in step 4

north ermine
#

/wb world fill 20 0 true

#

This command

#

?!?

hard sand
#

that should work and it should say progress every few chunks

north ermine
#

I waited for it to finish and typed : /dynmap pause none

hard sand
#

it should start rendering in the background, check the output of /dynmap stats, the render queue will say how many chunks it still needs to render

north ermine
#

hard sand
#

its already almost done

north ermine
#

but the map ....

hard sand
#

be patient. if you zoom fully in everything inside the circle should be rendered

#

zoomed-out tiles are rendered in the background

north ermine
#

?!?

#

I have a question

#

roughly how long it will take to render an infinite world

daring garnet
#

how many cpu threads do u have lol

#

and if you're rendering an infinite world then it would take infinite time

north ermine
daring garnet
#

lol
infinite threads + infinite world = infinite time

#

Kidding but Dynmap only renders chunks that you’ve loaded yourself, either by walking in them or by preloading your world

#

So if your worldborder commands have worked properly, then you should be slowly preloading all your chunks and Dynmap will slowly follow 100 (or whatever number is in configuration.txt) tiles at a time
