Thank you! Please provide any errors you are experiencing and upload your configuration.txt. Someone from our <@&801354402010628138> team will respond to help shortly. As a general reminder, everyone on our support team is a volunteer, please be kind!
it doesn't state click a select button, it says to klick on it
After doing that entire thing and restarting my VM it still doesn't work, the website can't be reached
I'm sending my configuration file with the bot
sent
did you follow the iptables set?
from the oracle website?
if you mean this then yes
the iptables stuff is configured
but I didnt follow anything below this, should I follow it?
so I followed the first way anyways and the website is still unreachable
you also allowed the ports in your network?
and dynmap is not running in pterodactyl or docker?
if so, you also need to open it there
Yes
Sorry for the ping, mobile i forgot
And i am not running my server with a panel so i dont know what you mean in that last part
please send the latest.log from server start
There's a bigger issue now though, after doing all of these steps, floodgate/geyser stopped working on my server, players can't join on bedrock
I'll send the log in 1 sec
hold up I think I sent the wrong one
Well I can't find a log that's newer than this one
I just restarted the server and I don't see any other logs
nvm all of this I can no longer connect to my VM for some odd reason, my connection keeps getting timed out
I didn't do anything with the port 22 but filezilla nor putty can reach the server so I guess this is it lolol I'll restart and try this some other time
your disk is full
Ok so I fixed everything up
I made a new instance and the issue (I think) was that the tutorial I followed to set up my server had me install an app called firewalld, and all I had to do was just firewall-cmd --permanent --zone=public --add-port=(port of choice)/tcp and firewall-cmd --permanent --zone=public --add-port=(port of choice)/udp
after that it just fell into place I didnt have to do anything else, not even in the cloud panel like opening secondary ports because I just didnt specify specific ports
do you have any idea what this could mean, it just happened out of nowhere i just left it running and my players said the world stopped working and now this is happening
Sorry if this isn't dynmap related I have 0 clue where to ask this
idk no
