also depending on what type of passive income you want there’s a lot of businesses that produce passive income only differences is that one you would need to visit each one of them and collect ur income from safes and the other difference is you would need to keep checking up on ur supplies to keep them full to produce stock with the certain businesses that do and sell your stock once full 👍

What’s your goal here? I know as someone who values the work ethic, I drive 5 miles to and back when doing tow truck jobs and I take a few seconds every time to spawn an mk2 in case the police get called. I leave their line of sight and come back making it easy work every time.
Not many people are willing to do all that so it’s important to determine the why and what you’re gonna have to do. The agency for instance I don’t know if contracts are required or if it just increases passive income but you wanna make sure it’s something you’d be willing to do.

As far as the arcade, the plus is that you can use a single cabinet for all spots but I hear the max pay is pretty measly. Arcade’s designed more for the casino heist than it is for passive income.

For passive income the nightclub is probably the best as long as you spend 5 mins every so often keeping the popularity up. A lot of other businesses are more activity-focused and the car wash is only good passively if you’ve got loads of other businesses already
