So I have a nightclub with a bunker and clubhouse (counterfeit, coke, math), bail office, autoshop, and kosatka/arcade, I was wondering whats the best for money and more efficient way for me, im more of a solo player and I love business, I also have a hanger and a large warehouse

Also I have money to max upgrades for any business, clubhouse ones are maxed

Good thing about businesses is that they can be ran with no further operating costs so that the money you do make is all profit. Nightclub is infinite as long as you don’t max out any of the businesses and you’re given the option to not pay anything so once again the money you do make is all profit. It is very difficult to raise the spookometer for the vip mission unless you intend drive like a maniac so for me, I like running these things at no additional cost but I also understand that not everyone wishes to put in the work.

I definitely think that rotating between heists is your best play if that’s what you’re after but for me at least, I ignore everything that I’m not interested in which includes heists.

I see people all the time complaining about how you have to do things to run passive businesses but they just see it as busy work that gets in the way. If instead it’s work you’re willing to put effort into, it won’t feel like work.

For me, maxing out mc businesses themselves means that I have to deal with multiple sale vehicles which may be difficult solo. I found that by stealing once, you're guaranteed up to two which makes solo work a lot easier.

On the subject of the nightclub, it is commonly recommended to get above a million so that Tony's cut is capped but it is an infinite source of income so Tony's cut simply doesn't matter. It does not matter if you have one or five storage levels - you self impose a limit once you max any of those businesses and you won't make as much as you could.
