If you have any passive business let them gather stock just make sure to buy supplies for them then do Cayo once on you first and then one on your second character then do Vincent or agency rinse and repeat

Join people for cayo/casino heists until you have enough money to buy kosatka (if solo player, if 2-4 players then arcade or kosatka) after getting the kosatka grind it and buy the sparrow for easier preps, next you can buy businesses based on which gameplay suits you better, passive or active income
