So I recently wanted to get a Record Holder award for getting a world record, and so I did it legit, two times actually, but no award was given.
I wrote a ticket "Online game progress" about my issue, send the screenshots and a video of me finishing the race.
Then they asked me to verify my GTA files through Steam, and so I did- nothing changed, and after I said it- they closed the ticket.
Does anyone have an idea how to fix this stuff?

I mean, it says hold a record in R* create race, not specified it should be on a land vehicle, plus R* support didn't said that the problem is in the race itself.

Ye don't bother that much, this award is glitched, my friend got it by doing a lap of arena war, and some got it randomly. You'll get it ebentually randomly, don't tryhard to get wr

Here's a guy who did a land race and has the same issue, so I don't think that it is land specific award.

No i mean stop wasting yoru time getting a wr, the award is bugged anyway, neither did my friend or any of the dudes i saw getting it had one, yet they still got the award. You'll get it just by playing randoml stuff, at some point ig, that's just random from what i saw
