Most likely a modder that modded them or spawned them in a god mode state, from time to time there are also glitches that people might use make that happen

I just don't meet too many people that play gta on both ps and xbox so since he found modded cars I assume he is playing on pc but took the ps role for the name color

Right now, the Corvette has a glitch where the fully windows are bulletproof. It’s been like that for a few months and people are surprised rockstar haven’t patched it in the last update.

Yes, but in the past, you can shoot out the driver.
The best way to evade them is to use the EMP grenade launcher and the up and atomizer the car into water or get someone to cargobob the car to the ocean

Don’t have gta on my pc however it is still possible

@plucky grail must've been glitched or modded cars, modders are very uncommon in ps and xbox but they still exist

also there's been a glitch where you can godmode your bike so its possible that a glitch that makes a car godmode popped up
