I am unable to play GTA online?

I started playing GTA online for a week now and I suddenly get this error
It says the "Verifying Ownership is taking longer then usual and loads the game but when I try playing online it says unable to load user data.

Also I think it might be because of my anti virus updating

i had this bug happen to me alot, usually you have to wait around 2-4 hours at least just to get in Online again

only downside you just have to rebind your controls and some settings from default

I did that and it didnt work

I checked all videos

I even msged rockstar support

I ended up formatting my windows drive

now gonna see if it will work now

I am downloading gta again

Have the same problem but on PS5. Please help me if anyone has a solution to fix the problem
