Business/heist tierlist made by me (all opinion based)

S tier: All these businesses are super easy to do and could make you a ton of money with little to no work needed.
Excellent: Does require grinding but very good in profit
Good: Does make good money but auto shop is only worth doing during 2-3x week (in my opinion), facility is also good but takes a while to grind + requires others to help you
Mid: Not worth grinding/doing but still not bad if you want to put in the work
Why even have this: Most worthless businesses you could have

The tierlist is in order by tier, not by individual placement

Vehicle cargo should be excellent if u have filled the warehouse with enough low and mid tier car, then it will only source high end. Also the lowest tier should just be named bad, not "why even have this?". If they don't exist, why would the nightclub warehouse exist?

You don't need weed and doc forge for nightclub, as for vehicle cargo, there's just better ways to make money

It's used to fill up the warehouse when the others are already filled. Also vehicle warehouse is not bad at all, it doesn't require much time to grind like the cargo warehouse which takes ages to fill up.

I kinda agree with how it should be "bad" and not "why even have this." It sorta feels like an attack on those who choose lower end businesses because they wanted them. I get that money is the driving force behind GTA Online but it is an online game after all and we should be able to play how we want to play.

As for the vehicle warehouse, it takes time to fill the space with lower end and mid range vehicles. You don't have to pay unlike crates but I legit panic when the car explodes if I dip below a certain speed that I rarely do it anymore.

The title does say opinion based and I respect it but after seeing predator's thoughts, I thought I'd voice mine

Didn’t intend for “why even have this” as an attack to those who like the business. Just in my experience and my higher level friends experience in the game, the businesses (bad-mid) we just never used those businesses or never had a use of them due to better businesses being out there.
