Best Weaponized vehicle (not op Mk I or Mk II)

I just started gta again and I’m new to pc what is the best vehicle I could use for PvP and PvE?

Toreador. It has infinite missiles and very accurate

i would say weaponized deluxo or sparrow helicopter

Deluxo and scramjet you cannot beat them in pvp if the operator has skill

The Toreador is amazing against ground and some air targets due to its missile accuracy and infinite missile count

Not powerful the MK2 letteraly has no chance of wining its broken against an mk2

I wouldnt say air that much tbh

Welp armor is useless for toreador it filps soo easly one missle and a toreador is done if it doesnt git lucky

Prolly cuz they dont know how to shoot shoot a treador from the side of the back bumper it will flip upside down

I always shoot them first with a manual missle then i spam them

That or i take advantage of the range and buildings and kill it

i boost and drift to avoid any missiles, so I don't get people targeting the rear

Oh thats smart i can still dodge them mid air and git a few shots with the scramjet
