I would go
CEO Office and warehouse (virtually passive and can be bought with the money R* give you at the beginning)
Acid Lab
Bunker or Nightclub, then the other
Agency (Dr Dre, contracts, payphone)
Kosatka (Cayo Perico)
Salvage Yard

I don’t know where to put hanger to be honest as I only store aircraft, and for weed, doc forgery I wouldn’t bother in the beginning.

Salvage yard cost can be recouped in about 50 hours (10 mins max every 48 mins if you get the staff). This is boosted of course with the mini heists.

MC businesses not worthwhile IMO at the beginning. You will make more money more easily in other ways. First while is a grind no matter what you choose.

Always buy both the equipment and the staff upgrades in the mc businesses and in the bunker before moving on and grind the casino (arcade) or the cayo (kosatka) heist as an active income form and stop always to sell your passive business stocks always when they r full

If you are not a super grinder, I would just do:

Kosatka (2.2M)
Acid Lab (essentially free after doing First Dose 1-6, Last Dose 1-5, and 10 Fooligan Jobs)

Do stashhouse raids to resupply your Acid Lab. Remember to do 10 Fooligan Jobs to unlock the Equipment Upgrade for your Acid Lab.

If you’re looking to acquire all the businesses at some point, I’ve got nothing.
But the nightclub, towing cars and servicing customer bikes are all the businesses I actively run having neglected CEO and the hangar.

i was level 213 on pc and set challenge to only buy business on discount, didnt have kosatka,

but ive just started ps5 and started with night club, passive was good while i built up money via treasure hunts, time trials etc, and did first dose, acid lab is good, used acid lab profit to buy chop shop as its double money, im now level 50 and 7million
