Yeah bunker first and then coke, meth, counterfeit cash, and a large cargo warehouse. Then you can get a nightclub later and get all the technicians to have those 5 previous businesses earn you passive cargo. It’s not needed but you could also get the master control terminal in the arcade to be able to chill out and purchase cargo every once in a while instead of driving or flying to each business for probably half an hour each time to resupply them.
For sales of everything obviously try to find dependable people but that’s pretty hard so I just go to new friends only lobby until I get a sell mission that is possible to do solo, you do lose 5% of cargo each time though if you didn’t already know.
