F-160 Raiju, the best vehicle for hangar source missions, and some other few uses.
AA Trailer with flack cannon can be useful in the merryweather bunker sell missions, con is you're not protected from bullets.
HVY Insurgent pick up custom, a lot of utilities for freemode missions if you're playing with a friend.
Not sure if Toreador is on that website, but has the best or the 2nd best tracking missiles. and they're unlimited too. can't be used in heists.
Weaponized Tampa , roof mounted Dual Machine gun that can fire in any direction that's controlled by the driver. usable in a good amount of missions, not the best bullet protection tho.
just few things from the top of my head, won't say they're good purchases for a beginner/early on.
