FAQ:
"What's your specs?" - Ryzen 9 5900x, RTX 3070, 3tb worth of storage (2 SSD of 1tb and 1tb HDD), b550-a motherboard, 32gb ram, CX650f powersupply, 2560 x 1440p 165hz monitor, and an AIO cooler. My most recent specs are the cooler and CPU, got it working the date of 7/18/23.
"Prebuilt or built your self?" - Built it mostly all my self with some of my dad's help (he is experienced in building computers) during Christmas 2021 and upgraded over time.
"Is your OS updated and do you update your drivers?" - Yes, I always do that as soon as a new update is available. And yes this does include bios.
"What's your AV?" - Kaspersky free version, was using malwarebytes before. And no I don't have a virus
"How often do you shutdown your computer?" - Everytime I am done using it, could be anywhere between 30 minutes-3 hours.
"Do you overclock?" - No, I don't. I do have MSI afterburner but that's only used for checking fps for games
“Is your pc installation from an old pc?” - No, its a fresh new installation when I originally built it. And I did factory reset back during July of 2022. (Note, not going to do factory resets unless I’m having a very serious issue where my only resort is factory reset)
“Why don’t you just factory reset?” - Most situations there are other solutions that doesn’t require having to factory reset and I don’t think it’s necessary to factory reset at minimum once per year. And as I said before, it’s reserved for situations where the best solution is factory resetting, plus I don’t want to spend all day having to manually install everything again and having to backup the files I want to keep.

My issue I get very bad performance while playing GTA:O even when I been playing for less than 10 minutes. I usually start off with 160FPS on GTA but then drop down to 40fps-90fps with almost unplayable performance. I tried everything. Using gsync, lowering settings, trying MXXA or whatever it's called
