So with the business they will stay. If you buy a new nightclub and let’s say for example you have brought before 3 storages then at the end it will give you a pop up saying to replace current nightclub and would give you a price on how much that would sell. With that you will loose those extra storage places meaning you would need to rebuy the storage floors for your nightclub hope this helps
