You don't want to destroy other person's cargo. It takes a lot of time and even money to produce. You don't even get good money for destroying cargo, only 2000. If you think destroying thousands or even millions of dollars of cargo is worth it for 2000 then you don't know a lot about the game. If you need money you can do many other jobs, vip work, or even heists. So just leave them alone next time. It isn't worth your time.

It seems like you actually don't know a lot about the game. MC cargo takes hours or even days to produce to be able to sell. You can't just "source another" cargo and sell it immediately. Even though what the other guy did is not ok, it's also not ok to use it to justify destroying others' cargo.
