But a good lazer pilot can fucking decimate people on ground even if they have e rounds

Especially (but not exclusively) in open areas like beaches

I shouldn't bring up glitches when explaining why something is op, but thermal lazers are also a thing, and they're a lot stronger than thermal mk2s

Hydra is strong for the same reason as the lazer (the cannon) but the difference in handling and speed makes it better in some scenarios and worse in others
