you can share ps plus with all accounts that are on your primary ps4, so if you set your primary on his ps4 then he can use his account with ps plus. and on your ps4 you can play on your account and use it also.

if you both have the same ps4, because you have your account set the ps4 as the primary system any other accounts that play on that ps4 can also use ps plus.

Its one of the good things about ps plus I like over xbox gold.
