Dodging jet missiles with an mk2 is easy but in reality there is no way to stay 100% safe from the lazer cannon, best you can do is position yourself so that it becomes hard for them to hit you and shoot homing missiles to force the jet to loop, then free-aim a missile to hit the jet

This is assuming the pilot is good though, a lot of the time people who fly jets in freemode don't even know how to evade missiles lol
