btw you can set a custom primary colour for your car itself through your crew (if you don't have one make one)
if you have auto shop you can also apply it for free so you can experiment without it costing you anything
it is a giant pain in the butt to change each time tho since you've got to exit the game, go into your crew settings on the website and change colour, then go back into game

The two popularity missions should be easy enough to not rotate DJs so you wouldn’t have any expenses to worry about. Never running out of space means infinite source of income when the work is done for you.
