I suppose if you keep paying for stuff you’d want to maximize what you can make and that’s where the appeal comes from but I’d say as long as your profits outweigh expenses you’ll always be in the green. My personal gameplay style my expenses are minimized to zero barring property and mechanic so every dollar is profit.

If you add all those up, your total passive income rate is:
8,570 + 7,500 + 13,500 + 11,500 + 6,075 = 47,145 $/hour
That means you’re earning $47,145 per real-time hour (while the nightclub warehouse runs in the background).

I don't have the maximum outcome, no, but it should still give me 47k a hour, but it don't, so I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I have my nightclub fully upgraded.

I haven’t caught up reading all of this yet but the way I see it, the nightclub gets you an infinite source of income so stressing about that kind of detail is meaningless. You can choose to not pay anything so all the money you do make is profit. And it is extremely difficult to raise the vip spookometer unless you intentionally drive like a maniac. It’s a win all around.

it prevents raids until 40% stock, which is actually good since selling at ~$880K is the most efficient and that is about 30%
it means if you sell at the optimum time (when coke and meth max) you will never, ever get raided even if you remain in CEO all the time in a lobby
your calculations are right - 160k is less than what you should be getting if you aren't hopping lobbies
deassign all techs and assign them back in reverse order (just so the same techs dont get reassigned to the same biz) if you haven't done so already
