it's also about how many boostable bumps it has
e.g. you ain't boosting much on the out-of-city highway beyond kerbs and concrete barriers since few bumps if any

the road souless mentions is also good but it has a fair number of bumps that can actually upset the car so you have to be ready to air control the car to point it the right way

So ill explain how this works

When you finish the cayo perico heist, you'll have a cooldown. Solo this cooldown is 2 hours and 24 minutes and 2+ players itll be 48 minutes. The cooldown goes down even when youre offline, if you are offline for like 7 hours the text will still be sent to you when you hop back on but the hardmode window has already passed by then

Basically 2 hours and 24 minutes, or 48 minutes (depends with how many players youve done it) after finishing the heist youll have to pay the setup fee within 48 minutes

Transaction error usually accure when ur trying to do the same thing over and over again and u get the money from that thing too fast , for example ; if u do money laundering work and u take the money from the dafflebag while the mission complete still on ur screen ull get this error , i hope it helps
Edit: try do for example a mr faber work , then go buy a soda for 1$ or buy ammo or take money from some buisness safe , or even kill ur self (u lose 500$) and it should fix that
