So from 120 to 203 is really not that much play needed

Kosatka definitely pays the best but you’re going to have to keep paying the setup fee every time you want to do it which doesn’t seem like a lot but adds up over time.

Nightclub is far more consistent money making. You won’t make as much as you could but you can renovate at any time. Failure to complete a sell mission is no harm seeing as the technician will continue to source until you tell them to stop. Just don’t pay to swap DJs and every dollar you make becomes profit.

Bunker may also be a good choice. You’re given the option to randomly research and upgrade weapons and you’re given an ammunation delivery every once in a while. Sell missions themselves do require a couple other people though.

I do not believe the facility is used for anything other than the Doomsday heist and the ability to pay a lot of money to fire one shot at anyone on the map but who knows. Maybe the facility can be used for something else.

Well, no, not EVERYTHING, I mean everything I deem necessary, I don't care for arena, or hangar, or arcade, or having more than two or three cool cars, and having all the businesses I like for making money, but once I reach that point, I start working in some routine that gets me bored... so from time to time, a new business is released, so I have the character with enough money to go buy it and play it for a while, but then it gets boring again...
so I can play a weekend, make 5mil and store it for next time, but when I want to have some more fun, I use this "start from scratch" to keep myself busy

lets take it as if you've got the optimal crew in a 3 man

paige and the cheapest driver and gun-man

about -700k

leaving you with about 1.6 mil to split between 3 ppl

you take 70% which comes out around 1.1 million

this is slightly worse than your average cayo

if you don't reset your heist sure, but if you do lets say 4 resets to get artwork or gold that's 100k down the drain for a 1.7-1.9 mil payout. you'd make way more than a cayo on average

obviously if we'd take a minimum cayo of tequila with like a painting, 2 gold and some cash you're making around the same
