This usually happens when u kill this guard ( given in screenshot ) the incorrect way and the body falls forwards. The new guard that spawns next to El rubio's mini car detects it and causes the so called "bug". U can avoid the bug by killing the guard so that his body falls backwards towards the corner 🙂
