Typically imo my plan for a newer player if they’re on e&e is tell them to save at least a million from the career starter
Grind out the treasure hunts and do the corresponding weapon challenges for 750k
Do flight school gold medals for 250k for a total of 1mil
At this point you should have just about enough for a kosatka so once that’s done you can start that.
Obviously cooldown is an issue while on cayo cd, could make use of some business you got with the career starter, or just wait until you can run another cayo, once the second cayo is done you should also have enough for an agency so getting that and alternating between that and a cayo run is what will make the big bucks, once you have enough I’d also throw in the acid lab

I personally developed a fairly easy and reliable path and have helped a number of newer players out with being able to explore the scopes outside of the compound without the alarm blaring

All you really have to do outside of the inner compound is kill the guy traveling in the jeep so that he doesn’t drive and find the bodies you’ll leave behind

after that it’s free game and you can go to main dock for coke or weed, you can even go to airport for either

if you dont want to deal with them at all and be left alone, Omnis e tg with Imani tech (Ocelot Virtue is a free option if you ever did all of the Acid Lab story missions). if you want to destroy them its Scramjet, Stromberg(the cheapest option) and the Toreador (Stromberg but better, and more expensive)
