Really simple, start any of the cluckin bell raid set ups that have it, go into your player menu to the appearance tab and try to change outfits. It won't change the outfit, but it will keep the duffelbag on whatever you're currently wearing

It will stay on for as long as you don't change outfits

Idk if there's a way to save it permanently though, so that can you could switch drip and still have it
