Actually, the best one I ever used was any weapon with explosive bullets, after you get them by researching it in the bunker, you see the red circles getting close, you stop the vehicle, get out, and blow them up before they get a chance, works best with sniper or with pump shotgun

In the night club, or the acid lab, for example, it's always a single vehicle, but bunker and other businesses the more stuff you have in stock the more vehicles that you will need, and I hope you won't get the Marshall, that one, even on a single vehicle with 5 spots it's a fucking nightmare

If you have opressor MK 2 or any other flying vehicle, that can help, but even then it's not always possible to deliver it solo.
I've managed to make the insurgent one, four vehicles, several spots each, flying from one to another after each spot, it's hard but doable, same with the buggy, but not with marshall...

once you fill the whole supplies, I generally buy, but if you're stealing, then I think you'll need a lot of missions to fill your entire supplies bar, and in the mean time, you'll keep producing, so the best is to sell when you reach about 180-200K each time, but that's why it's labor consuming... you need to work around it all the time

AND, if you happen to hit those stash houses, keep in mind they can fill your bunker, entirely, with supplies, so, every day, before you even start resupply missions, go hit the stash house, you may save yourself some time.
The stash house will fill supplies to one of your business, if the only one you have is the bunker, then it will fill it, if not, it will randomly fill some other, like the meth lab, acid, coke, cash, etc...
