here's what you do. Invest that 10 mil into the following: Kosatka(buy sparrow), Videogeddon arcade, eclipse tower apartment, and a personal vehicle. You use the properties you purchased to do heists which are the best money making methods in the game. another think you can do is heists as a crewmember. if you do a diamond heist w 15% you can easily make 100k - 300k with minimal effort put in. Do this for a while, and then buy more vehicles to do missions easier. Things like the oppressor mk 2, Khanjali, and raiju are good for this. Do not begin indulging until you are comfortable with your income stream.
