Step 5: Download the pictures from social club on the device you want.

Hard way (rockstar editor):

Step 1: Record some gameplay with the record button (visible when you expand the map).
Step 2: Save the recording.
Step 3: Go to single player and go to "rockstar editor" in menu's.
Step 4: Select new project.
Step 5: Add the clip you want to use.
Step 6: Set a marker at a point during the clip that you want to use.
Step 7: Edit the camera on that point.
Step 8: Use the "take snapmatic" option.
Step 9: leave the editor (you can save the clip if you want to come back to it and change stuff).
