I already explained this. The Los Santos sandbox (box where we play) and the Cayo sandbox are connected, you can literally travel with a boat from one to another, the only thing stopping it is the sandbox boundary. Afaik the mod menu programmers are styarting to be able to make the boundary between one and the other disappear, in which case all types of crazy things may happen in cayo and we are seeing it

~remember when that guy made a gkitch in cayo and the boundaries dropped? hilarious but creepy

that is why shit is happening. instead of sending you to another individual sandbox, you are in the same sandbox on the other side of a boundary

By all the videos I have seen on gta v on Pc it seem so much easier to play and control. Like in vehicles for example while trying to shoot and drive/fly. It just seem so much easier to control unlike controller. Man, you gotta hood like three buttons and use the R stick while trying to kill the enemy plus you still gotta focus on flying/driving.
