you get two things from those 2 businesses : (35% buff for weed farm mc business and 10% buff to the hangar crate value ) , and the income that goes into the car wash safe accumulating from different businesses ; thus if the heat level is maxed , you won't get the safe income , but the businesses themselves still have the buff , so yeah if you kinda rely on your car wash safe you might wanna reduce that heat once in a while , reducing the smoke on the water requires doing just one delivery and then blowing up the van and taking the tourists on a tour to reduce the heli one
